Sunset brought out some of the warmer tones in the Helix socks.
Partial cloudy skies returned the next day, bringing cooler tones with them.
It's kind of like getting two colors for the price of one!! Woot!!
No complaints here...a little bit of sun is better than none! And I've got all my pinks to keep things bright and happy!

Pink is near the top of the list, but I think lime green is number one for me. Glad you're enjoying some sunlight!
Oddly, red is really perking me up lately. I never was a big fan of it and I teased my FIL & MIL for enjoying it so much. But I guess my Swedish roots have fully taken over because I can't get enough of blonde wood or straw with red accents right now thanks to my Swedish Christmas decorations.
Orange. It is so bright and cheerful, but warm and comforting at the same time. It's a cozy color for me.
That's gorgeous, and the pattern looks like it'd work great with highly variegated yarns!
Green makes me happy-but after seeing your beautiful socks I might jump into pink...
Gail I really love the stich, can you please tell me what it is-wanting to make fingerless mitts in this.
Red, red, red, but I'm loving your pinks!
Those pinks and blues make me happy!! Love the new socks G!! Big hugs on this happy Friday!!
Gail,
Your posts are so wonderful, lately!
I read and get so cheery eyed.
Chartreuse green and purple and red because my dad liked chartreuse, I love purples and reds together because they go with chartreuse.
Have a wonderful pink weekend!

Ooooh....I love that pattern and have put it in my queue!! I won't be knitting for a year or so, but I'm sure this will be my first sock pattern when I start up again! I love the yarn too...STR is always my favorite!
I'll check back tomorrow to warm myself with this colorway. We are in for a huge snowstorm starting tonight. ( i love it)
Mine would be blue! I think it is soothing! But I love pink and green, bright colors in general! With yarn, you can fall in love with many colors ;-) Once again, what a great thought of the day!
Pretty in pink! Lovely. You are the Goddess of yarn and colors! Happy Holidays my dear.
